Fashion group Hallhuber commissions PRODATA with its new customer loyalty system
PRODATA was commissioned by the well-known fashion retailer Hallhuber with the conception, creation and operation of its new customer card system.
The long-term collaboration includes the systems, processes and operational services for the customer loyalty program for all on- and offline points of sale.
In addition, a 360° customer data warehouse was developed in order to identify and better serve the needs of customers in a holistic manner.
