Mercedes Benz Vertrieb Deutschland commissions PRODATA as full-service IT system house for piloting its customer loyalty system
PRODATA was commissioned by Mercedes Benz with the conception, creation and operation of the customer loyalty system.
The intended long-term cooperation provides for an expansion of the systems, processes and operational services for the customer loyalty program to up to approximately 1,200 contract workshops.
