Incoming documents are opened in our inbox, sorted and prepared for further processing. Scanning is performed by high-performance scanners with a capacity of several thousand documents per hour. Depending on the data at hand, we use, for example, modern OCR-based recognition software or our trained personnel process and manually record your documents and responses quickly and reliably.

With the possibility to store reference data directly during data entry, we guarantee a uniquely high quality of the recorded data. For example, a postal check directly during input guarantees the correct spelling of addresses.

International campaigns can also be realized in high quality by storing postal databases from over 200 countries.

We record all sound and data carriers that come into question. Capacities for several 1,000 audio text recordings per day are available.
E-mail / Internet
Both standardized and individual e-mails are taken over by us, coded and then fed to your data.
Individual mail
Your mail will be pre-coded by cases and operations. A predefined action can also be triggered. We offer you an efficient electronic mailroom.
